We support all the main liners and mid-tier short liners. We also support a number of the smaller short liners. These are constantly being extended so please contact us for a full list of the suppliers supported.
No. Victoria-OS has been designed to be simple and easy to configure. Victoria integration is as easy as adding a new supplier to your PMR.
No. There is no limitation on the number of orders you can send to Victoria-OS though we do operate a far use policy.
No. There is no limitation on the number of rules you can have.
No. There is no limit on the number of supplier cascades a rule can have.
Yes. Suppliers in a cascade can be made optional depending on the quantity ordered to ensure best discounts.
Yes. You can manually create orders, you can also create and schedule repeat orders in Victoria-OS.
Yes. The system can be set to track un-obtainable items and will provide you with a range of options when re-ordering.
You can use the custom supplier option to send emails to a warehouse but the cascade will stop as this point. If you want a fully integrated solution to your warehouse, please contact us to discuss if that is viable.

No. We update products twice a month from supplier details on the central system
Yes. We have a comprehensive set of tools to let you define additional products to add to Victoria-OS to let you order any product you like, using any code you like, from any supplier you like.
Yes. The product is comprehensive and even though we strive to simplify and hide its complexity you will need training to fully appreciate and make use of all its capabilities. Generally, one day of training is required.
Absolutely not. Victoria-OS is a centralised system all you need to do is configure each PMR ordering to point at Victoria and all the PMR configuration is done.

Yes. Victoria-OS has functions that enable you to see how a product would be ordered.
Yes. Victoria-OS has a comprehensive management application that includes a suite of reports which can be used to interrogate and drill down in to the data so you can get a complete view of orders and supplier responses.
Yes. There is a suite of reports that allow you to select date ranges and view your order activity over any period of time. All reports can be exported in several formats.
